Because of some of the activity we've seen lately, we believe it's time we reiterated our policy statement, in case some haven't had an opportunity to view it. Though the policy was expressed in the first post on the first day we started this blog, has appeared multiple times in subsequent posts, and appears above the field where every comment is submitted, we have found it necessary from time to time to refresh people's memories.
The vision for C2 ignited from a desire to provide a small number of conservative friends a blog where they could post on a level playing field, in a fresh, forward-looking environment. From its conception, it was the mission of C2 not to become involved in conflicts between other websites. That is still our mission, and we are determined to follow it. We have grown quickly, in part, because this is our mission.
For this reason, we have asked - and are asking again - that any residual negative feelings you may have about other websites or their members be expressed elsewhere, and not on C2.
This will remain our policy, and comments on these topics will continue to be deleted.
Thank you all for helping us to make C2 a comfortable, positive, and enjoyable place to visit.
