    My son's team won in the pouring rain yesterday 19-0 (odd score, I know -- two missed extra points in the mud). Michigan won; Auburn won; USC lost. Life is good.

    And as a lifelong NY Giant's fan all I can say is...................I hope the Cowboys don't play as well as my Giants and the officiating doesn't change that.

    I've always enjoyed watching the CFL on occasion. I loved watching Flutie play with the Stampeders and the Argonauts. Good times.

    Aaaaaaand - our balls are bigger. :P

    True, but that was caused by a hernia, from trying to carry around those huge Canadien egos ;)

    President Barack Obama is warning U.S. commanders that he’s “skeptical” about whether more troops will make a difference in Afghanistan, saying he’ll approve an upcoming request only if the forces fit into a strategy to beat back al-Qaida and protect the United States.

    You asked about how the Stamps are this year? They're presently in 2nd place in the West and Montreal is 1st in the East. In fact Montreal just spanked Winnipeg this arvo 33-14 and right now, Saskatchewan and Edmonton are tied with 7 and it's a GREAT game. Go Roughies!
