HELP! C2 Forum Naming Contest

We've had a request to create a book forum on the new site, and it sounds like a pretty good idea. Being from Seattle, Bare and I are rather fond of the Cafe Nervosa model - the sort of books and coffee combination (and the occasional Frasier Crane sighting) - and we're searching for something to call this area of the new site. Now, it could be serious or witty (though it will probably be at least a little serious) - we're open to just about anything. The current working title "Pages", but let's see what you've got.

I'm sure lots of great names will be suggested, and unfortunately we can only choose one - but whatever it is, it will be the one that makes us say, "That's IT!"

The winner probably won't get much besides a thank you and bragging rights, but if that's okay with you, please offer your suggestions (lurkers welcome too - if possible, just shoot an email to one of our members to pass on, if you are so inclined).

Brandy is opening the Pub at 5:00PM PST, so here's a chance to do something productive before you start drinking. ; ) (Seriously, thanks in advance...together, we'll find just the thing, I'm certain.)

  1. I was just going to suggest we call it "FIRST!" ; )

Sage, we are not calling it "Helen Thomas", no matter how you beg. : )

  4. Cool! We're already rolling.

Sage, if we do decide to create a Helen Thomas forum, I personally promise you that you will have the first crack at hosting it. We know that may disappoint some others, but for you, we would take that chance. ; )

The market jumped over 1% today based on bargain hunting after last week's losses.

However, there is still not even a hint of GDP growth or employment increases out there, so we are a long way from being out of the woods.

  110. Thank ATH, I'll post it tomorrow.

    Goes great with this.

    Hurb’s Grilled Tilapia

4 to 6 pieces of Tilapia
    Olive Oil
    Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Spice
    Limes

    1. In a skillet or frying pan, heat a thin layer of olive oil.
    2. Season both sides of the tilapia with Mrs. Dash's Southwest Chipotle seasoning...it is salt free like all Mrs. Dash products. The spice has a kick to it...season to your taste.
    3. Cook the tilapia on both sides...total cook time is around 5 minutes.
    4. Squeeze fresh lime in the tilapia before removing it from the skillet.

**This is a very popular item at my restaurant. I serve it with my homemade Cilantro/Jalapeno Mayo with minced garlic.
